Two Thought Patterns That Block Your Success

Feeling fear is uncomfortable and at times can be a tormentor. The idea is to stop the thought patterns that creates the emotions of fear and consistently disrupt them.

Here are two thought patterns focused on fear. I will also show you how we can “disrupt” each of the patterns. That’s all that’s really necessary to STOP a fear thought. The secret is to stay consistent by using the disruption every time you feel the fear.

Fear Thought Pattern #1: Anxiety

Anxiety shows up when we start to think “too much,” or “repeated thoughts over and over.” We literally stop ourselves in a form of thought paralysis of confusion, doubt, worry, and anxiety.

Disruptive Thought Paradigm Shift:

“I have enough information to make a decision or take action now. I can always tweak, if I need to.”

Fear Thought Pattern #2: Fear of Losing Control

It is often said that wanting to control situation and outcomes…as well as being completely attached to outcomes is the master of all addictions! There is a certain amount of truth that says you are the one who knows the best thinking for your business…your family…up to a point!

You can do what you can do and then, at some point, the reins of control no longer belong to you…or, at least, not to you alone.

Disruptive Thought Paradigm Shift: “Staying open to others’ perceptions, particularly if they’re different than yours, opens up new possibilities in your business and life, in general.”

Have you ever thought to reflect on what your dominant fear is? And, how can you disrupt that thought pattern…Most fear is not real, but we create the emotion of fear by how we think about things, situations, relationships, etc.
